Your Red Seal chef, Scott Yates, has been bringing joy to his customers for almost a decade, whether it's touring and dining our Niagara wine region on a Bistro Tour, being a private chef for an intimate gathering, or molding the perfect food around a family event.

Scott has extensive catering experience with top establishments in our region and throughout southern Ontario.

He has created for those magical small gatherings and led teams to serve up to 5,000 guests, including three of Canada’s Prime Ministers and innumerable celebrities.

Chef Scotty has created experiences alongside celebrity chefs Michael Smith, Anna Olson, Lynn Crawford, Mark McEwen, Giada De Laurentiis, Bal Arneson and Vikram Vij, to name a few.
